She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Clevenger and Ella Mae Bass Clevenger; her son Jerry Michael; her husband Jim (Jim); and her siblings, Margaret Hopkins, Elizabeth Tipton, Thelma Copas, Sybil Emma Clevenger, Eugene Vivian Clevenger (Gene), Billie Faye Crigger, Mary Etta Clevenger, Woodson Lavada Clevenger (Sonny) and Dorothy Deal.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim V. Salyers and Patrick Salyers (Donna); her sister Betty Jane Dunham of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Natosha Arnold (Eric), Josh Salyers (Michele), Zane Salyers (Joy) and Chandra Eve Salyers of Crestview, FL.; her great grandchildren, Michael Salyers, Haven Salyers, Jaron Salyers, Kellen Arnold (Michaela), Blane Arnold, Sienna Arnold, Juliana Salyers, Joshua Salyers and Gabriel James Salyers; her great great grandchildren, Reid, Rilynn and Rory Arnold; and her sisters-in-law, Shelby Salyers Hall of Draper, VA and Mary Clevenger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
