She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian James and Della Anderson Shaw; and her significant other Reverend Ben H. Neeley. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Jim Carr of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Kim Hickman (Mike) of Kingsport, Rachel Wallen of Kingsport and Chris Carr (Nikki) of Cumming, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Wallen, Reagan Hickman and Ansley Carr.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made to Lynn Garden Evangelical Methodist Church in Kingsport.
