He is survived by: his wife Madge Church Welch; his stepdaughter Pam Holtzclaw (Aaron); his grandchildren, Peyton Holtzclaw, Kayley Holtzclaw and Madison Church Larkins (Zeke); his siblings, Debbie Rhoton (Roy), David Welch (Colleen) and Mike Welch; and his brother-in-law Pat Mosley.
