He is survived by: his wife Mary "Page" Tate; his children, Lauren Henry (Cody), Angela Liles (David), Madison Tate, Ezra Tate, Isaac Tate and Christian Tate (Taylor); his grandchildren, Tristian, Ridlee, Rylan, Rowan, Elizabeth, Aislin, Lilah Rose, Maxton and Maddex; and his siblings, Kim Isaac (Tim), Deanna Addington (Tony), Jackie Clawson (Pat), Esther Thacker, David Tate (Renee) and Steve Miller.
