She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Jarrard-Wright and Emmett Jarrard; her husband Bill Pierson; her sister Jewell; her brother-in-law Franklin McClure; her siblings, Janett Nicholson, Aaron E. Jarrard and Harold Jarrard; and her nieces, Mary Kathryn Jarrard and Tammy Lynn Jarrard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Monty Dale Jarrard (Patty) and Roy "Tex" Jarrard; her sister-in-law Shirley "Sis" Harless; her grandchildren, Elisha Hicks (Johnny) and Jeremy Pierson (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Casey, Hannah, Emery and Debbie Jean Thomas; her great great grandchild Ophelia Gray (Tony Pierson); and also, Ashley (Mark) and Sydney. She is also survived by eight nephews and their families; her extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in memory of Tammy Jarrard.
