He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Duncan and Florence Duncan; his wife Pat (Richardson); and his sisters, Joyce Wolfe and Sue Reed.
He is survived by: his brother Lester Duncan; his children, Cathy Brown (Steve), Angie Hyche (Eric) and Jack Duncan; his daughter-in-law Rose Sorrell (Jerry); his grandchildren, Maggie, Lindsay, Emma, Lydia, Cira, Ethan and Hannah; and his close friends, Doris Morton (Judy Simpson) and Jerry Baker. He is also survived by one great-grandchild, (Edie); many nieces and nephews.
