He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzie Mullins and Mildred Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Mullins; his daughters, Adina Frye (Lee) and Debbie Stribling; and his siblings, Jerry Mullins and Sonnie Beverly (Earl). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
