Delma P. Welder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023, at the age of 89, Delma P. Welder of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Monroe, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, O. Roy Parker and Julia Oxley Parker; her husband Franklin Hayes Welder, Sr. of Monroe County; her daughter Lynette Thomas (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Bill Welder, Franklin H. Welder, Jr. (Cathy), Tanner Thomas (Alison Horley), Kaysey Thomas (CJ Rabey), Luke Welder and Ethan Welder.
