He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cecil Yakley, Charles and Juanita Billheimer; and his great-grandparents, Maynard and Ada Belle Mullins.

He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his parents, Daniel and Charlotte; his stepchildren, Johnathan Casey and Jasmine Casey; his uncle William; his aunt Shelby Mullins; his grandmother Kathleen Yakley; and his close friend Jim Miller.
