He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Johnson and Marie Johnson; his sister Connie Carter; and his grandparents, Golden, Helen Johnson, J. V. and Margaret Harkleroad.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steven (Cathy), Carolyn Goddard and Linda Wright; his nieces and nephews, Andy Johnson, Michael Wright, Amanda Williams, Jessica Wright and Kayla Parsons; and his friends, Michael and Tim. He is also survived by three great-nephews, five great-nieces.
