It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel M. Burgess of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burgess and Elsie Burgess; and his brother Michael Burgess (Racheal Lynch). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Hendrix (Burgess) and Tracy E. Burgess; and his grandchildren, Danielle Trimnal (Bart), Kayla Batista (Jessie), George W Lynch (Jessica) and Blake Burgess. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
