He is survived by: his wife Donna Cobb; and his children, Joe Cobb Jr., Patty, Donna Hammond, Landon Cobb, Bo Rogers, Daniel Rogers, Della Davis and Shane Rogers. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
