Charlotte Pannell Richards Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Pannell Richards of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pannell and Minnie Pannell; her son Timothy Wayne Richards; and the father of her children Kenneth Lee Richards. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Crumbley (Gary), Belinda Cox (Freeman), Susan Reed (Chuck) and Pamela Casey; and her siblings, Marcus Pannell, Rosie Harless and Joyce Castle (Herb). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
She lived in Washington DC while working for the Epilepsy Foundation in Metro DC before making Kingsport her home.
