She was predeceased by: her husband Les Hartgrove; and her parents, Glen Osborne and Beatrice Ewing Osborne. She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Osborne (Diane) and Roger Osborne; her nieces, Tanya Davis and Allison Miracle (Oscar); and her pets, Pixie and Bella.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
