He is survived by: his children, Lisa Oliver Morrell (Nathan) of Kingsport and Victor Oliver (Becky) of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Chance Morrell (Morgan), Amber Morrell Greene (Cody), Jake Oliver (Rebecca) and Paige Oliver Atwell (Coby); his great grandchildren, Elijah Greene, Kaylynn Oliver, Azariah Greene, Noah Oliver, Ainsley Morrell, Asher Greene, Anna Greene, Henry Morrell and Roan Atwell; and his siblings, Richard Oliver (Phyllis), Albert Oliver (Patti) and Loretta Pierce (Dean).
A procession was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
