He was predeceased by: his son Timothy; his parents, Kay Templeton and Earline Templeton; and his brother Johnny Ray. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Templeton; his children, Katelynn, Brooklynn Templeton, Tyler, Thomas Templeton and Kara Keys; and his siblings, Sharon Keys (Tim), Grant Templeton (Gloria) and Dale Tulloch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
