He is survived by: his wife Kelly Horne Payne; his father Roy Payne; his siblings, Teresa Payne Palmer (Ed) and Calvin Payne; his stepsons, Crandal Curtis (Amanda), Isaac Singleton and Eli Singleton; his granddaughters, Alyssa Curtis and Cadence Curtis; and his pets, Blaze, Sully and Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
