She is survived by: her parents, Melanie Adkins (Chip) and Darrell Church; her brother Derek Church (Hollie); her stepsisters, Ashley Adkins and Whitney Adkins; her nieces and nephews, Peyton Church, Isabella Church, Harper Adkins and Caylem Adkins; and her pet JJ. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
