She was predeceased by: her mother Dora Evelyn Powell; her husband C. E. Horne; and her grandparents, John Oliver and Nannie Elizabeth Castle. She is survived by: her son Scott Horne; her grandchildren, Ashlynn, Mason and Bella Horne; and her great grandchildren, Jazlynn Horne and Jaylah Tucker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
