She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Jennings and Marvin Jennings; her husband Curtis Lowell; her son Michael Parker; her siblings, Freddie Jennings, Carol Nelson and Janie Stallard; her nephews, Wayne Jennings and Todd Halverson; and her great-nephew Jacob Halverson.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Mike Parker (Sherri) and Matthew Parker (Robin); her great grandchildren, Emily, Erin, Evan, Gavin, Isaiah and Elijah; her great great grandchildren, Harper and Jaxson Byrns; and her nephews, Alan, Aaron Parker and Jessie Jennings. She is also survived by several great-nephews, great-nieces and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
