He is survived by: his sons, B. J. Allen (Tabatha) and Ray Allen (Cherish); his grandchildren, Zach Allen, Austin Allen (Samantha), Lilli Allen and Ashlee Allen; his great grandchildren, Joseph Allen, Aubrey Allen and Elli Carter; and his siblings, Jody Snodgrass (Dennis), Arlene Stacy (Roger), Marlene Smith and Clifford Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A procession was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home of Scott County - Weber City (456 US-23, Weber City, VA 24290). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wills Cemetery.
