He is survived by: his wife Shelby Mullins; his children, Kimberly Hinkle (Terry), Reba, Rhonda, Lisa, Denise, Billy Howard Mullins Jr. and Greg (Colleen); and his sisters, Ella Mae Ladd (Jack) and Shirley Barrett (Dee Dee). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
