He is survived by: his wife Deborah Collins; his sons, Stephen McCauley of Kingsport, TN, Christopher Collins of Bradenton, FL, Harley Collins of Church Hill, TN and Matthew Collins of Maryville, TN; his sister Beverly Hicks of Church Hill, TN.; and his grandchildren, Efren, Alex, Ariona, Celesta, Aaron, Harley Jr., Isabella, Gwenelda and Aiden.
