He is survived by: his children, Denise Gibbons (Jerry) and Dan Gothard; his stepsons, Jeff Nester (Penny) and Mark Nester (Cathy); and his siblings, Martha Lynn Howard and Buddy Gothard (Ramona). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
