She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cook and Alice Belle Cook; and her siblings, Mary Virginia Cook, Nellie Cook, Edna Earle Cook, Elmer Cook of Robert Cook, W. R, Beatrice Bradley, Lawrence Cook Jr., Jerry "Skipper" Cook, Denver Cook and Della Cook.
She is survived by: her niece Angie Goodwin (Nathan). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other family members.
