With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty J Quillen of Kingsport, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Brooks and Blanche Brooks; her husband Charles Thomas Quillen; her brothers, Claude Brooks and Kelly Brooks; and her grandsons, Donald Craig Eastridge and Christian Eastridge.

She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Quillen, Judy Quillen and Mike Quillen (Willene); her grandson Mark Shaffer (Kim); and her siblings, Ann Brooks, Don Brooks (Wilma) of Gate City, Eddie Brooks of Gate City and Johnny Brooks of Gate City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
