It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Clevenger Dunham of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Clevenger and Ella Mae Clevenger; and her husband Jimmy L. Dunham. She is survived by: her sons, Richard W. Dunham (Clara), David Dunham (Teresa) and Bill Dunham (Donna); her grandchildren, Brandon (Eva), Justin (Amanda), Matthew, Lindsey, Chris and Andrew; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Clevenger, Janie Clevenger and Phyllis Sledd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
