She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Blair and Betty Russell Blair; her husband Bobby Head; and her brother-in-law Mickey Sykes. She is survived by: her close friend Bill Owens; her daughter Lily Head; her siblings, Cindy Dorton (Buzz), Penny Sykes and Wally Blair; her nephews, Brian Sykes (Jennifer) and Jeremy Dorton (Lynn); her niece Amanda Caldwell (Adam); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda, Haley, Holden and Oliver; and her close friends, Robert and Trudy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
