She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Violet Hall and Hobert Mullins; her husband Jack Edward Blevins; her sister Evie Mullins McFall; and her grandchildren, Little David Slagle and Jack Ray Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Blevins (Penny), Randy Blevins (Peggy) and Lisa Slagle (Gregg); her grandchildren, Robbie Blevins (Anna Catherine), Benjamin Blevins (Sarah), Chelsea Blevins Rapcan (Nick), Jason Slagle (Kelsey), Chad Slagle (Reanna) and Brianna Slagle Myers (Sean); her great grandchildren, Marie Blevins, Annie Blevins, Lily Blevins, Rosie Blevins, Indie Slagle, Russell Myers, Rylie Myers and Solly Rapcan; and her siblings, Gary Mullins (Carol), Jimmy Mullins (Daphine), Benny Mullins (Nancy), Dee Mullins Davis, Laverne Mullins Winebarger (Onnie) and Linda Mullins Pace (Steve).
