She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Tober and Hazel Knight Tober; her husband Thomas B. Rice, Sr.; her son Robert Dale Rice; and her siblings, Mary Tober, Lois Denton, Irene Padberg and Milton Tober.
She is survived by: her son Thomas B. Rice, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Cheryl of Kingsport, Tennessee; her daughter Donna Quillen; her son-in-law Jeff of Kingsport, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Alice Croft (Brannan) of Maryville, Tennessee, Lisa Henley (John) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Robert Rice (Lynette) of Marion, Ohio, Rebecca Quillen of Cambridge, Massachusetts and Laura Quillen; her great grandchildren, Olivia Croft, Charlotte Croft, Dale Henley, Neal Henley, Jackson Rice and Christopher Rice; and her sisters, Maxine McNeill and Sidney Harmon.
