He is survived by: his wife Nancy Horne; his daughters, Cassie Allen (James) and Kristie Greenberg; his grandchildren, Ian Allen (Mollie), Tariq Roozitalab, Macey Moody (Clay), Isabella Roozitalab, Cade Allen and Jacoby Greenberg; and his great grandchild Parker Grace Allen. He is also survived by grandfather to his six grandchildren, David was a role model, a best friend.
