He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bailey and Cleta Bailey; his siblings, Betty Buchanan and Oscar Steven Bailey; and his uncle Tom Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bailey; his sons, Aaron Bailey of Kingsport and Eric Bailey (Rita) of Kingsport; his granddaughter Shay Bailey; and his brother Jerry Bailey of Kingsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
