He is survived by: his parent Mary Black (Frizzell); his spouse Frankie Elaine Forbus; his brother-in-law Cindy Walker of Paducah; and also, Rose Mary Armbruster (Sammy) of Clinton, Mike Black (Christy) of South Fulton and Kenny Black (Kathy) of Clinton. He is also survived by three daughters and spouse of one; Stacey (Jeff) Stephenson of Dyer, Tn, Chasity Wright of Dyer, Tn and Shannon Carson of Paris, Tn; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; two sisters.
