She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Short and Eva Short (Thivierge); her husband John Hale; and her brother Dan Short. She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Stigler (Tony) of Kenton, Karen Reynolds (Don) of Titusville, Jackie Hintz (Joe) of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Ken Hale (Nicole) of Stoughton, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Kayla Reynolds, Nicholas Reynolds, Eva Dwyer (Kasey) and Kasey Brooks (Ely); her stepgrandchildren, Jocelyn Potter (Chris), Anthony Stigler and Jacob Stigler (Samantha); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hope Potter, Madi Potter, Aurora Stigler and Milo Stigler; her siblings, Neva Short (Keith) of Chandler, Arizona and Pat Short (Mary) of Taos; and her sisters-in-law, Betsy Salonen (Bob) of Iron Mountain and Sally Short of Sunland, California..
A rosary will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1303 E Reelfoot Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
