Marvin left this world on February 14, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Marvin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tad Ellison and Annie Ellison (James); his sons, Terry Ellison and Tim Ellison; and his brothers, Claude Ellison of Horace Ellison, W. A and Harvey Ellison.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Devin Davis (Brock) of Jackson; his daughter-in-law Sandy Ellison of Rives; and his brother Roy Lee Ellison (Sherry) of Rives.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home (1200 S Miles Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
