We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 84, Marilyn Faye Jordan of Kenton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marilyn Faye leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Duren and Marcella Crabtree Duren; her husband Freddy Jordan; and her son Tony Jordan. She is survived by: her children, Teresea Watson (Mike) and Julie Patterson (Greg); and her grandchildren, Jason Jordan, Blake Jordan, Lucas Garland, Tyler Jackson and Morgan Patterson. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Kenton (217 W Church St, Kenton, TN 38233). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
