He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Garrett. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Garrett Needham; his daughters, Tiffani Leann Timonen (Phil), Frankie Lynn Hargis and Stephanie Jo Garrett; his sisters, Kathy Hale and Janice Dickey (Charlie Fred); his grandchildren, Scott Garrett, Jordan Mitchell, Matt Garrett, Kobe Mitchell, Abigail Turner, Aleesha Hargis, Gabriel Hargis and Logan Hargis; and his great grandchild Kenna Marie Glover.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made in honor of Kenneth to St. Jude, or the National Arbor Day Foundation.
