He is survived by: his parents, William Levi Riley of Kenton, Tennessee and Dorothy Mae Baker of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his children, Larry Wayne Riley of Dyersburg, Wesley Bounds of Newbern, Charles Bounds of Paris, Tennessee and Courtney Leeanne Scearce of Martin, Tennessee; and his siblings, David Riley of Troy, Earl Riley of Dyersburg, Donald Riley of Hornbeak, Tennessee, Lisa Mae Ray of Newbern, Dottie Lovelady of Ripley and April Badger of Newbern, Tennessee.
