With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Franklin Owens of Kenton, Tennessee, born in Obion, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Owens; and his sister Mary Edith Owens. He is survived by: his wife Jean Owens (Dowland); his son Kevin Owens; and his siblings, Peggy Harrell and Terry Joe Owens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Salem Baptist Church, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
