He is survived by: his parent Rebecca Price Massey; his sons, Michael Ray Holston of Kelso and Phillip Brent Holston of Fayetteville; his brother Troy Robert Holston (Lee Ann) of Fayetteville; his granddaughters, Kylie Taylor and Payton Rae Holston; his niece Rebecca Shelton (Tanner); and his nephew Troy Garrett Holston of Fayetteville.
