He is survived by: his children, Richard Leslie York (Diann), Meshon Dugan (Mike), Kathy Yeoman (Randall) and Margee Lee (Scott); and his grandchildren, Richard Leslie York, II (Monica), Shona Thurston, Michele Johnson (David), Laura Wright (Jonathon), Elizabeth Droke (Eric), Carla Lane (Jeremy), Asa Lee (Vanessa), Jonathan Yeoman and Cyrus Lee (Rebecca). He is also survived by great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
