He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Diane Cook of Kelso, TN; his sons, Bill Cook (Melanie) of Muncie, IN and James Cook (Sherry) of Chattanooga, TN; his stepchildren, Dianna Beard of Kelso, TN and Bobby Martin (Celinda) of Flintville, TN; his grandchildren, Apryll Wallace, Douglas Cook, Blake Cook and Hunter Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Troy Martin, Ricky Martin (Amber), Glen Martin, Derrek Moore, Dustin Moore, Baron Moore and Trey Martin; his siblings, Shirley Baggett (Joe) of Grant, AL, Jean McCarthy of Douglas, GA and Ron Cook (Deb) of Jasper, AL; and his sister-in-law Ernestine Cook of McBurg, TN. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
