It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Kay Gulley of Kelso, Tennessee, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Mary Evelyn McWhirter Hill; and her siblings, Myrtle Lee Smith, Exie Juanita Pamplin, Roy Dean Hill, William M. Hill, Floyd Edward Hill and Jackie Lynn Hill.

She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Wayne Gulley; her children, Tammy Renee Shouse, Trenia Michelle Fults (Randy), Andrea Dawn Brewer (Zack), Troy Justin Glover and Dustin Russell Wilson; and her siblings, Pamela Jo McCoy (Melvin), Robert Earl Hill (Linda), Jerry Ray Hill (Anita), Tony Hill (Cheryl) and David Lee Hill (Dawn). She is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
