May Franklin of Kelso, TN; his son Barry May (Tonya) of Elora, TN; his siblings, Margaret Tucker of Dalton, GA, Dolly Snoddy of Flintville, TN, James Franklin of Kelso, TN and Billy Franklin of Elora, TN; his grandchildren, Kaycee Lee May of Fort Dodge, IA, Alyssa Nicole May of Elora, TN, William Brown of Lewisburg, TN and Andrew Brown of Fayetteville, TN; his great grandchildren, Liam Thomas Brown and Ethan Payne; his nieces and nephews, Mary Moshier (Billy), Sherry Carter, James Bradford and Richard Bradford; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Locker, Robbie Maples, Billy Webb and Bobby Cloud.
