She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Carter; her parents, James Hubbard (Russ) and Edna Riner Hubbard; and her siblings, Mildred Hubbard Roberson, Huilet Hubbard, Hurl Hubbard (Peck) and Edward Hubbard.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Orr (Jill), Donna Jean Jenkins (Rodney) and Seth Carter (Stacie); her granddaughter Jamie Stinchcomb (Hunter); and her great grandchild Tana Marie Stinchcomb. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
A reception was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Strong Tower Baptist Church (1022 Old Stage Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615).
