He is survived by: his father Carlos Rios Perez; his son William Christopher (Tiffany); his friend Donna; his wife Donna; his daughters, Anna Leigh and Katherine Denise; his grandchildren, Alana and Braxton; and his siblings, Awilda Costas and Harold Rios Mercado. He is also survived by nephews, their wives and children, and more friends.

August 17, 2024, 1:00pm, at American Legion Post #52: 1223 Central Avenue, Kearney, NE 68847.The family will designate memorial contributions to Post #52, where Willie enjoyed meeting other Veterans for burger nights, cheap beer, and great stories.
