He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Ann Maggard; his siblings, Dorothy Nantz Maggard Mullins, Irene Garrett, Woodrow, Thomas, Isaac Maggard Jr., Gene, Vilas, Willard, Ed, Albert and Ernest Maggard; his children, Daniel L. Maggard (Rosa), David K. Maggard (Joan), Michael F. Maggard and Dianne Newkirk (Danny); his grandchildren, Christina L. Maggard (Dani) and Daniel J. Maggard; his great grandchild Shyanne N. Swails; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Cole Maggard. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
