He was predeceased by: his father William Leonard; his brothers, Joshua King and Christopher Leonard; and his grandparents, Emily Fleshman and Bob Crum.
He is survived by: his mother Angel Crum Milhorn; his son Isaac Leonard of Waynesville, NC; his siblings, Kelly Leonard (Heather White) and Matthew Milhorn (Paige Peterson); his nieces and nephews, Greyson, Ryland Fox, Braylon Milhorn, Isabella Frazier and Laiken Milhorn; and his aunt Marti McKinney.
