She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Briggs and Sophia Roberts Briggs; and her brothers, Raymond Briggs and Howard Edward Briggs. She is survived by: her husband Jack Van Zandt; her children, Jack Van Zandt II (Mary Margaret), Sophia Elisabeth Van Zandt, Bailey Josefine Van Zandt and Robert Van Zandt; her grandchildren, Laney Jo Van Zandt, Grant Mundy Van Zandt and Jordan Grant Van Zandt; and her siblings, Ralph Briggs, Eldridge Briggs and Dorothy Louise Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
