She was predeceased by: her parent Tannie Adams Shipley; her son Robbie Blevins; her grandparents, Cecil, Mary Shipley, Arthur and Nell Adams; and her niece Kimberly Shipley Franklin.
She is survived by: her father Charles Shipley of Jonesborough; her daughters, Sage Tipton (Peyton Ditmer), Breanna Tipton and Katrena Tipton; her brother Donald Shipley (Brenda); her father-in-law Oscar Tipton; her former husband Adam Tipton; and her niece Kelly Shipley Burleson (Michael).
